What are your shipping policies/rates?

How soon will my order be shipped out?

Our current turnaround time is 3-4 business days. Since the team consist of me, it may take a little longer to process everyone's orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking info. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Do you offer returns and refunds?

If there is a problem with your order, please send me an email via the Contact Us page and we'll do our best to work out a solution. I'm sorry, we will not be able to accept returns as soap is a very personal product and we would never want to resell anything that has been shipped out.
